Section 15 in Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002
15. President and Meeting of the Village Council.
- The president of the Village Council shall preside over the meetings of the said Village Council. He shall summon the meetings of the Village Council whenever necessity arises and if and when two thirds of the members in writing request him to do so.
