Section 7 in The U.P. Factories Rules, 1950

7. [ Registration and grant of licence. [Substituted by Notification No. 90/XXXVI-3-2018-83(Sa)-17, dated 13.3.2018 (w.e.f 28.11.1950).]

(1)The factory shall be registered and a licence for a factory shall be granted by the Chief Inspector in Form 3 on payment of the fee specified in the Schedule below -
