Section 9(4)(b) in The Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005

(b)It shall consist of such Member or Members, as may be specified in the notification, possessing such qualifications as are specified in sub-sections (2) and (3): Provided that if a judicial officer is appointed to such an additional bench, he shall be an officer not below the rank of an Additional District Judge.
