Addressees other than those mentioned in para 2 above shall provide, before this Order takes effect, a Mail Box on the ground floor of the building, in which the address is located at a place acceptable to the Post Office with the address superscribed thereon, into which such mail shall be delivered by postman or Delivery Agent.
