119. Disposal of surplus Assets.
- The surplus assets, as shown in the final report of the liquidator of a co-operative society which has been wound up, may be utilized for following purpose :-(a)Education Fund for utilizing in Development of Co-operative Movement; or(b)Any public utility as per section 102, with the prior approval of Registrar.
