(3)If any person having been enrolled as an elector in any electoral roll subsequently becomes subject to any of the disqualification referred to in clauses (i), (iii), (iv) and (v) of sub-section (2), his name shall be removed from the electoral roll unless, in the case referred to in clause (v), the disqualification is removed by the [Central Government] [Substituted by the A.O. 1937, for "L.G."]
