Section 58(3) in SRI JAGADHGURU MURUGARAJENDRA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(3)On identification of mismanagement, maladministration andindiscipline, the Government shall issue directions to the management of theUniversity to set right the administration. If the direction is not followed withinsuch time as may be prescribed, the right to take decision for winding up of theUniversity or any course thereof shall vest with the Government.
