3. Levels of recognised unions.
(1)Except in respect of establishments specified in the First Schedule to this Act, the recognised union shall be at the level of an industrial establishment.(2)In every establishment specified in the First Schedule to this Act, there shall be a recognised union for the industrial establishment and also a recognised union for each industrial unit thereof.
