Section 18(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Commission may determine the stage, the manner, the place, the date and the time of the hearing of the matter as it may consider to be appropriate, consistent with such specific timing requirements as are set forth in the Act or otherwise needed to expeditiously decide the matter.
