Section 43(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(1)Subject to the provisions of Sections 17,56,57 and 58 any officer of the Board not below the rank of Secretary, marketing committee, authorised in this behalf in writing may require any person to produce before him the books and other documents maintained by him and to furnish any information relating to the purchase, sale, storage or processing of notified agricultural produce and also such other information relating to the payment of the market fee by him as may be necessary.
