12. Powers of authorities.
- For the discharge of the functions conferred on the authorities under this Act, the authorities or any officer empowered by it in this behalf shall have the power to obtain any required information from any semen station, semen bank or in-vitro fertilization or embryo transfer technology laboratory or related person associated in animal breeding activities.
