Section 70(2) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(2)preserve the said accounts for not less than two years from the date of the last entry in the account book and shall produce them, together with any manufactured drugs that may be in his possession at the time, for inspection on demand by the Licensing Authority or any other officer duly authorised by him in this behalf;
