Section 7(1)(a) in Rajasthan Madarsa Education Assistant Subordinate Service Rules, 2013

(a)if the Armed Forces/Para Military Personnel who are permanently incapacitated are capable of and desirous of obtaining employment for themselves under the Stale Government, employment shall be given to them.
