(2)The transfer of a developed area shall take effect immediately after five years after completion of development works or as may be decided by the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] and it shall be obligatory on the part of local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to take over the area under sub-section (1) above.
