Justice Permod Kohli:
The respondents have passed the order extending the GPF pension. This satisfies the directions of the Tribunal contained in the order dated 05.04.2017 in O.A. No.2774/2016. Since the respondents have granted GPF pension, further steps may be taken for release of benefits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. With these observations, present proceedings are hereby dropped.
