108.
In the case of an appeal under Section 378, sub-section (1) or subsection (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Registrar (Judicial) shall ascertain whether the accused desires assistance, and if so, he shall assist him in the appointment of an Advocate on his behalf.
