Section 24(1) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)Every co-operative society shall prepare a list of its members as on the last day of each co-operative year. The list shall be kept open at the office of the society during office hours for inspection by any member of the society. The list of members shall be revised thirty days prior to the date of the elections of the Committee of the society and shall include the member admitted and exclude the members removed during the period commencing from the date when the list was last revised and ending with the date of the revision of the list. The list shall be in Form "A". It shall be the duty of the chief executive officer to prepare and furnish list of members to the Election officer.
