Section 2(o) in U.P. Excise (Settlement of Licenses for Wholesale of Country Liquor)(Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2019
(o)"Portal" means the electronic platform created specifically for the purpose of uploading information in the prescribed form with regard to the process of manufacturing liquor up to the stage of its distribution.
