1 Mr.Saraogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, makes a statement that part of the bungalow is already demolished. He further states that the petitioner has also filed application for building permission on the subject land to the respondent Lonavla Municipal Council. He further states that Lonavla Municipal Council may be directed to decide that application in accordance with law. He states that since now part of the Tilak ::: Uploaded on - 18/01/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 18/01/2019 23:23:16 ::: 2/2 15 wp-13375-18.doc bungalow is demolished, petitioner would like to do the fencing on the subject plot with barbed wire. It is his contention that for the fencing of barbed wire, no permission is required and therefore, he prays for the relief claimed in prayer clause (a).
2 In the above facts and circumstances, we dispose of the petition by directing the Respondent Lonavla Municipal Council to pass appropriate orders on petitioner's application for building permission on the subject plot expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of order.
3 It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
4 Petition is disposed of accordingly.
