26. Disposal of land vesting in the State Government.
- Lands vesting in the State Government and in respect of which any person is not entitled to be registered as an occupant under this Act shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of section 77 of the [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act 53 of 1976 w.e.f. 18.8.1976.] Land Reforms Act, 1961.
