Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Authority refusing to grant or renew a certificate of registration or recognition or revoking or suspending the certificate of registration or recognition under the provisions of this Act, may prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority as may be specified by the Government within thirty days from the date on which the order is communicated to him.
