Section 387(c) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(c)Subject to prior approval of the Registrar, a Co-operative Society shall, having regard to its financial position and working capital, determine the class in which the members of its Committee of Management, delegates, and Officers shall be entitled to travel during the co-operative year:
