                                                            ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.178 of 2022 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(1) of IPC and further submitted that another case has been registered against the third respondent in Crime No.179 of 2022 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(2) of IPC. He would further submitted that Chinnachamy @ Saravanan and Veeravignesh, who are the accused in Crime No.178 of 2022 and Rasu, S/o.Mani, who is an accused in Crime No.179 of 2022 are went on station bail.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
