Section 45 in Chitkara University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008
45. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Himachal Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
