Section 1 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different areas of the Union territory.
