Section 24 in Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014
24. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or direction or order made thereunder.
