2 25-11-2016Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Perused the impugned order dated 04.05.2016 passed by Subordinate Judge-XV, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No.662 of 2012 whereby the court below has allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiffs and has only deleted the name of plaintiff no.7 on the ground that plaintiff no.7 is not necessary.
From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has passed a reasoned order and, therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction.
Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed. Harish/-
