Section 21(1) in The M.P. Bhumi Sudhar Yojana Adhiniyam, 1967
(1)If the Board is satisfied that for the purpose of executing any scheme of reclamation of waste land sanctioned under this Act it is necessary that temporary possession of any waste land should be taken, it may by order in writing direct the District Committee to take temporary possession of such land on such date as may be specified in that order.
