Section 8(2)(b) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Code of Practice for Quality of Service for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2010
(b)In case of permanent disconnection, the consumer shall apply for refund of security deposit in the prescribed pro-forma and(i)the final bill for such consumers shall be raised by the entity as per procedure indicated in regulations above;(ii)the disconnection shall take place within fifteen days from the date of receipt of consumer request.
