Section 14(1) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)The Returning Officer appointed under sub - rule (3) of the rule 13 shall, conduct the elections for the members of the Town Vending Committee from amongst the Street Vendors in the manner provided under Schedule appended to these rules.
