(4)Foreign liquor shall not be supplied to a customer under Sub-rule (3) unless the accompanying challan or bill mentioned in proviso (ii) to that sub-rule is signed by such customer or his representative specifying the time or receipt of the liquor and the price, if any, paid by him as an acknowledgment of receipt of such liquor.
