Section 6(p) in University Grants Commission Regulations On Curbing The Menace Of Ragging In Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.
(p)The Vice Chancellor of each University, shall submit fortnightly reports of the University, including those of the Monitoring Cell on Ragging in case of an affiliating university, to the State Level Monitoring Cell.
