48. Registered graduates a diploma holders.
- Only graduate or diploma holders of the Vishwavidyalaya shall on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be entitled to have their names enrolled in the register of Registered Graduates or Diploma holders to be maintained in such form as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
