Section 33(1) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(1)The Chief Executive Councillor shall exercise -(a)general superintendence and control over all employees of the Council;(b)such other powers, perform such other functions and discharge such other duties as the Council may, by general or special resolution, direct.
