3. Provisions under section 29, Clause XVI-A of the Anna University Act, 1978 as amended in the Anna University (Amendment) Act, 2001-29 Statutes.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the statutes may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely;-"(xvi-a) the conditions of affiliation of colleges to the University".
