Section 33(1) in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
(1)The Authority may, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, to provide for all matters, for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving effect tot he provisions of this Act.
