Section 5(1) in The Orissa Foodgrains Dealers' Licensing Order, 1964
(1)Every licence granted under this Order shall, unless revoked, be valid for a year or part of a year ending on the 31st day of March of the year in which it is issued, and may be renewed for a period of one year at a time.Explanation - "Year" means the financial year commencing on the 1st day of April.
