Section 233(1) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)For the purpose of securing efficient scavenging and cleansing of all streets, public places and premises in Chandernagore the Corporation shall undertake the function of collection, removal and disposal of solid wastes.
