Section 171(d) in Police Regulations, Calcutta, 1968
(d)When the charge of a police station is transferred, the relieving officer shall satisfy himself that the vouchers for all payments remaining unrecouped are in order and shall acknowledge in the chargesheet the full advance in cash and vouchers.
