Section 29C(b) in Rajasthan High Court Staff Service Rules, 2002
(b)An appeal against an order passed by the Chief Justice in the first instance imposing in such person any of the penalties specified in the r. 29 or interpreting these rules to the disadvantage of any such person shall lie to a Committee of three Judges to be constituted by the Chief Justice.
