Section 4(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)The state government may appoint a person to be the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (herein after referred as Registrar) for the entire stat or part thereof, as the case may be, for the purposes of registration, monitoring, regulation, control and supervision of co-operatives and such other functions, duties and responsibilities specified as under this Act.
