Section 1 in The Kosi Area (Restoration of Lands to Raiyats) Act, 1951
1. Short title and extent.
- This Act may be called the Kosi Area (Restoration of Lands to Raiyats) Act, 1951.(1)It shall extend to such areas of the districts of Bhagalpur, Monghyr, Purnea and Darbhanga as may be notified, from time to time, by the State Government.
