69. Cancellation of registration or of assignment or transmission of layout-design
.-(1) Any person may make application under sub-section (1) of section 41 to apply for the cancellation of the registration or of assignment or transmission of the layout-design to the Appellate Board on Form LD-33 accompanied by prescribed fee. The Board shall give notice on Form OLD-8 to the opposite parties.(2)The Appellate Board shall on receipt of replies, to the opposition to the application referred to in sub-rule (1) within the time specified in the notices or where no such reply is filed after the expiration of the period so specified, after giving opportunity of being heard to the applicant and the opposite parties dispose of the application.
