Section 1 in Karnataka Electricity Reform Act, 1999
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Electricity Reform Act, 1999.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the First day of June, 1999.
