Section 10(1) in The Madhya Bharat Abolition of Jagirs Act, Samvat 2008
(1)Where any Jagir-land is settled on zamindari system by a Jagirdar, every Zamindar shall be entitled to receive out of the compensation payable to the Jagirdar such amount as may be determined in accordance with the manner specified in Schedule II.
