(2)Subject to the provision contained in sub-section (1), the constitution of every Committee appointed by the Board under sub-section (1), the term of office of its members and the functions of the Board to be performed by it shall be such as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Board shall be deemed to be its members.
