Section 87A in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
87A. Applicability.
(1)The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the issuer of security receipts which has listed its security receipts and the issuer and its sponsor shall ensure compliance with each of the provisions of these Regulations.(2)The expressions "asset reconstruction company", "investor", "issue", "issuer", "offer for sale", "private placement offer", "qualified buyer", "scheme", "security receipts", "sponsor", and "valuer" shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Securitised Debt Instruments and Security Receipts) Regulations, 2008.
