Section 68A(vi) in Mahatma Gandhi University Act 1985
(vi)teacher who is transferred under the provisions of this section shall be treated as teacher of the University with all benefits that are enjoyed by the existing teachers, provided the services rendered by such teacher outside the University, shall not be considered as outside service while exercising home college option.
