Section 46A(6)(b) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994

(b)The voter shall sign the declaration in Form 16A in the presence of, and have the signature attested by any gazetted officer or by the presiding officer of the polling station at which he is on election duty.
