Section 59 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958

59. Inspection book-Register 26.

- Inspection book is to be kept at each headquarters and sub-divisional station. The remarks of high inspecting officer such as Member of the Board and Commissioner are to be entered in separate paragraphs in this register upon each visit, as well as those of Collector made in his yearly inspection. All such orders should be recorded on the left half of a foolscap sheet, the right hand half being reserved for the record of measures taken by the station officer in consequence. This record should contain a condensed and clearly written memorandum showing merely the important points noted by the inspecting officer. Commissioner's orders, passed upon inspection of sub-divisions, should be always sent in at once for the Collector's information.On inspecting the district officers the District Officers should send to the Board of Revenue, Bihar, extracts, from their notes of inspection on the sale and storage of maps, and also on subjects with which the Board is concerned as mentioned in Rule 8 of these rules.
